- Orders for made to order or custom items are dispatched within 3-5 business days after the production lead time stated on the product listing

- Free local pick-up from Timbermill Studios

- Regular tracked post to Australian addresses is $11

- Express post to Australian addresses is $15

Now here's the details:

Processing Time

Ready to ship items are dispatched or ready to collect within 3-5 business days of the order payment being approved.

Made-to-order and custom items require UP TO 15 business days (3 normal working weeks) of the order payment being approved for production to occur.

Local Pick-up

This option is suitable if you are a local resident in the Wollongong region of NSW and/or you would prefer to arrange collection rather than have your order posted. You can select the 'Pick up' option at checkout and this will waive any shipping charges. If you select this option, you are required to contact Eliza by email (hello@hotchipthelabel.com.au) or direct message to arrange collection. You must collect your order within five business days of placing the order or another timeframe agreed upon with Eliza. If you do not make contact to collect your order within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled without notice.

Pick-up location is Timbermill Studios, 2-6 Molloy Street, Bulli NSW 2516.

Dispatch Information

Your order will be dispatched from the Hot Chip studio in Bulli, in the Wollongong region of NSW and lodged with Australia Post. The dispatch turnaround time is 3-5 business days per the policy above. All shipping times will be additional to the dispatch turnaround. Please visit the AusPost website for current shipping times to your destination at https://auspost.com.au/service-updates

We currently ship to the following destinations only and prices are available at check-out:

If your shipping address is outside of these areas and you would like to make a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact Eliza to arrange delivery to you at your expense.


Shipping Provider

We ship all domestic orders through Australia Post. International orders are delivered via Australia Post's affiliates in your country.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
